Apr 29, 2016 · Have you not considered re siting the boiler out of the kitchen into another part of the house even with a vertical flue. As has been said personally I would avoid a Vokera likje the plauge as they anint the most reliable boiler in the world, and you dont want to be working on one at that low level.
